Core Requirements:
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
• Expertise in complex formula creation such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, and
nested functions.
• Skilled in data summarization and analysis using pivot tables, filters, conditional
formatting, and other dynamic tools.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks using macros or advanced Excel features (preferred).
Data Handling and Transformation:
• Strong understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and transformation techniques.
• Ability to extract, merge, and manipulate data from multiple sources for meaningful
insights.
• Proficiency in identifying data inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity in reports and
dashboards.
Power BI and SQL:
• Ability to build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts.
Written Communication Skills:
• Ability to draft professional and concise emails for internal and external communication.
Verbal Communication:
• Capable of clear and effective coordination across teams, ensuring accurate
understanding of processes and requirements.
Preferred Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets with precision and efficiency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Programming experience in any platform or language (e.g., Python, R, VBA,
etc.) is a plus, especially for data automation and processing tasks.
