Virtual Assistant | Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a talented Multi Media Virtual Assistant to join our team and support various multimedia projects for Global Medical Virtual Assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, technical proficiency in multimedia software, and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. This role involves collaborating with different teams to produce high-quality visual and audio content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

• Creating Visual Concepts: Developing ideas and concepts to communicate messages through images, typography, layout designs, and videography.
• Designing Digital and Print Materials: Creating designs for websites, social media, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and advertisements.
• Branding and Identity Design: Designing logos, color schemes, fonts, and other elements that define the visual identity of a brand or company.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other departments to ensure the design aligns with the overall campaign goals and objectives.
• Editing and Retouching Photos: Enhancing and adjusting photos for both digital and print materials, ensuring they look polished and professional.
• Preparing Files for Production: Ensuring that final design files are ready for print or digital production, including setting correct resolutions, color profiles, and file formats.
• Creating Website and App Assets: Designing icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Maintaining Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Managing Multiple Projects: Juggling multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
• Staying Updated on Design Trends: Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Presenting Design Concepts: Presenting initial design concepts to clients or internal teams for feedback and revisions.
• Creating Marketing and Promotional Materials: Designing materials such as email campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts to promote products or services.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in multimedia design, video editing, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar multimedia software
• Strong creative skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their multimedia requirements

• OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):
• Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
• Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
• Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
