Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Spanish-speaking Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and enhance our reach in Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Write and edit engaging content in Spanish for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Translate marketing materials and adapt content to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Create culturally relevant and visually appealing content to boost engagement.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email campaigns targeted at Spanish-speaking clients and leads.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Research Spanish-speaking markets to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and connecting with influencers and partners in the Spanish-speaking community.
- Advertising Campaigns:
- Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms, ensuring ad copy resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and update marketing materials.
- Maintain records of marketing efforts and report on campaign results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and trends in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Graphic design skills for creating marketing visuals.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
