We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing home care business. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for administrative support, client intake coordination, digital file management, and assisting with our online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Email and Calendar Management
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and caregivers

- Client Intake & Interview Support
- Handle inbound client intake calls with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule and conduct initial caregiver interviews
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interviews

- Administrative Tasks
- Organize and maintain digital files, including client records and internal documents
- Perform accurate data entry and generate regular reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for clients and caregivers

- Customer Service
- Provide outstanding support to clients and caregivers via phone, email, or chat
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns with a customer-first attitude

- Social Media Management
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms
- Engage with the online community and help promote the business brand

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management apps
- Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of the home care or healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
Preferred:
- Experience working with caregivers and/or home health clients
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
