You’ll ensure both the pedagogical and evaluative quality of our content by collaborating with educational designers, assessment developers, creatives, and product teams. Together, you’ll embed meaningful assessment and data-informed evaluation into everything we create.
As a key sparring partner in cross-functional projects, you’ll also shape and share best practices, drive innovation in how we measure learning, and make sure our learning products don’t just inspire change—they make measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Educational Designers and Assessment Developers by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Coordinate the planning and prioritization of projects across the team, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality learning products.
- Safeguard the educational quality of all content, co-owning our pedagogical frameworks and translating trends and insights into effective learning practices.
- Drive innovation in assessment design and evaluation, ensuring validity, reliability, and continuous optimization through learner feedback and analytics.
- Co-create new learning formats with our Creative Producer and project teams, identifying opportunities to boost engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our colleagues from Product and Revenue to solve educational challenges and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay ahead of trends in EdTech and learning design, bringing fresh ideas, tools, and practices into our way of working.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or assessment development.
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate educational teams or projects.
- Experience working in content production or EdTech environments.
- A degree in Educational Science, Psychology, Learning Design, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles, digital learning formats, and learning experience optimization.
- Expertise in assessment and evaluation methods, with a strong focus on valid and reliable design.
- Familiarity with learning analytics and data-informed decision-making.
On top of that, you are:
- You’re a strong and inspiring leader who knows how to coach and empower a team.
- With your clear communication and stakeholder skills, you bring structure to complex projects.
- You turn vision into action, are data-driven, and always looking to improve.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and curious by nature—you love staying ahead of trends in education and tech.
