Junior Performance Marketer with a Creative Mindset

Our company operates eco-friendly airport shuttles in Slovenia, Croatia, and northern Italy and recently launched a shared on-demand commuter service in Slovenia. We have high ambitions to be a significant player in on-demand shared mobility in Europe with our combination of low carbon emissions, high convenience, and affordable prices.

As a Junior Performance Marketer, you’ll support the development and execution of online campaigns that drive results. You’ll get hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and strategies while bringing your own creative flair to the table.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing online marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mailjet and others.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to analyze results.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative ad ideas.
• Conduct research on target audiences and market trends to inform strategies.
• Help test and refine campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
• Learn and utilize marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and advertising.
• Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Slovenian and English with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Croatian, Macedonian, Albanian or Italian is preferred but not required.
