Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Key Responsibilities:

Leveraging assessment tools to monitor client progress and refine treatment strategies as needed.
Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal.
Collaborating with clinical leaders for insights and guidance when needed.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
A minimum of two year’s experience practicing independently as a licensed therapist.
Recent experience in delivering evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, and related concerns.
Comfort with and enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into clinical practice.
