Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist in our Portland-based healthcare facility, your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering tailored interventions, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You'll also collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional therapy services.

To qualify for the Occupational Therapist role in Portland, you must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and possess an active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a skilled nursing facility, is required.

The Occupational Therapist position offers a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. This structure allows for a balance of dedicated patient care without the demands of weekend shifts, promoting both workplace efficiency and personal well-being.

As an Occupational Therapist in our Portland facility, you can expect to manage a patient volume of approximately 7 patients per day, which amounts to about 35 visits per week. This caseload is designed to ensure you can provide personalized attention and care to each patient.
