Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Work in an Orthopedic Rehab Setting

A Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity is open at an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Los Gatos, CA. This role involves working alongside experienced physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries and improve movement. You’ll assist with treatment sessions, track progress, and ensure patients receive the care they need to regain strength and function.

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility routines.
• Assist with hands-on therapy and rehab equipment use.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate records and update patient progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Active California PTA license.
• At least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (WebPT preferred).
• Knowledge of manual therapy techniques.
