Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Clinic | Maryland

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will work closely with our physicians to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical exams
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Diagnose and manage a range of medical conditions in the outpatient setting
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Perform minor in-office procedures as needed
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility)
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
