We’re seeking a Georgia-licensed LCSW to join our growing clinical team and provide virtual mental health services to a diverse population of clients across the state. Whether your specialty is trauma, anxiety, family dynamics, or life transitions—we provide the infrastructure and support so you can focus on doing what you do best: helping people heal.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, or families using secure HIPAA-compliant platforms
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress notes
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)
• Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards
• Engage in optional peer consultation, supervision, and team collaboration
• Serve clients of varying cultural backgrounds, identities, and clinical needs

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia (required)
• 1–2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Proficient in telehealth delivery and comfortable working independently
• Passion for providing inclusive, culturally competent care
• Access to a private, secure space and reliable high-speed internet
