Job Title: Speech-Language Therapist – Empower Communication in New York

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
Work Setting: School, Outpatient Clinic, or Rehabilitation Center (customizable) 

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Practice

We are looking for a dedicated   Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in New York City. In this role, you’ll provide vital speech, language, and communication support to clients of all ages, helping them achieve their fullest potential in daily communication and learning.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide therapy in individual or group settings in accordance with treatment goals.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers in treatment techniques and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical and regulatory guidelines.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current New York State licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
