Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Role Overview

At Gradial, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive digital engagement across our customers, prospects, partners, and product initiatives. You’ll define and execute our marketing strategy, leveraging AI to enable smarter acquisition and expansion campaigns.

You’ll operate autonomously, building programs that deliver measurable business value - with the potential to scale a team over time. This is a rare chance to own full-funnel marketing at a fast-growing AI company shaping the future of content operations.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies targeting customers, prospects, partners, and product adoption goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize digital engagement, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar, creating and executing multi-channel content programs aligned to business objectives.
  • Own demand generation initiatives across email, social, web, and partner channels to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion.
  • Analyze campaign performance, manage data hygiene, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure marketing programs align with company priorities.
  • Manage execution support resources as needed to assist with data management and campaign deployment.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing roles at B2B SaaS or AI-focused companies.
  • Proven success owning the full marketing funnel — from acquisition through retention and expansion.
  • Hands-on expertise using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, engagement, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot for marketing automation, CRM and reporting.
  • Strong editorial and content execution skills; comfortable setting strategy and executing independently without a large team.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
