Success in this role looks like:
- Ownership and management of one or more products.
- Development and execution of effective Product Marketing Plans (PMPs).
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Delivering successful Go-To-Market strategies.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Create and lead an advisory council of industry experts. Organize and lead advisory meetings and user conferences.
Core Responsibilities
- Collect customer and market data, ensuring new products and features meet customer needs. Be the expert in the markets your products support.
- Understand the competitive landscape. Identify strengths and weaknesses of competitor products and communicate key differentiators.
- Plan and manage Go-To-Market launches for new products and features, ensuring seamless cross-functional implementation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customer personas.
- Develop and manage marketing plans, including key activities, budgets, and resources for customer acquisition and retention.
- Assess and adjust marketing programs based on performance metrics.
- Support sales channels by training them on customer problems and guiding the development of internal tools and external collateral.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of product management/marketing experience, including 1-2 years in a customer/market-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong ROI-tracking skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tailoring communications to diverse audiences.
- Experience in a consensus-driven, collaborative culture.
- Ability to build and maintain formal and informal networks within and outside the organization.

- Must have access to a wired internet connection and have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. We may be open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and the company.
