Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatment and diagnosis
• Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments
• Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Collaborate with specialty physicians when necessary
• Provide vaccinations and routine screenings
• Follow up with patients regarding ongoing treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement and practice growth initiatives

• Active New York State Medical License

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $205,000/year (negotiable)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
