The Student Credentials team provides expert information and professional services to support the University’s academic activities.

Job Description

As Curriculum Information Officer you are responsible for the accurate data entry in the Curriculum Management System and PeopleSoft Student Systems, and the publishing and maintenance of Griffith’s academic program and course information on Griffith’s Programs and Courses website.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational support to the University for CMS enquiries
  • Troubleshooting publishing integration errors
  • Quality assurance checks of approved Curriculum Objects in the CMS prior to publishing

About you

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:

  • Strong and accurate data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail

You will also have :

  • Equivalent combination of relevant administrative experience  
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong team player

What we can offer

This is a fixed term full time position until 3 April 2026, primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

Salary Range

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 5 range $ 77,761- $87,235 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $90,9881 - $102,065 per annum.
