About the Position

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate multiple field projects involving hydro blasting, air and liquid vacuum services, and tank cleaning. This role includes both hands-on work and team supervision to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews.
• Plan and execute daily work activities, including supply and equipment coordination.
• Establish and manage job schedules in coordination with customers and project managers.
• Ensure all safety standards and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job progress and site needs.
• Conduct job site safety briefings and enforce company safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group?

• Minimum 5 years of field experience in hydro blasting, vacuum services, and related operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and night shifts.
• Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have acceptable ID, pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or bend on occasion.
• Ability to move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects frequently.
• Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
