As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be leading various mystery shopping projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. Youll be collaborating closely with clients and our in-house teams to guarantee timely project delivery, while maintaining a focus on high-quality outcomes. This role also involves hitting key milestones, driving client satisfaction, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for mystery shopping assignments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mystery shoppers, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (researchers, analysts, and shoppers) to ensure all project components are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular check-ins and implementing improvements as needed.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze mystery shopping reports, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on findings.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status updates and final reports to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within project management and mystery shopping methodologies.
Goals & Outcomes:
- Ensure a 95% project completion rate within the first two months.
- Grow the mystery shopper database by adding at least 100 new candidates every month.
- Adhere to internal standards for managing project documentation and processes.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
Process Expectations:
- Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays.
- Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls.
- Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate.
- Provide timely, detailed reports as required.
Performance Metrics:
- Project completion rate: 95% or higher.

Qualifications:
