Staffing Coordinator

We are a dynamically developing outsourcing and recruitment agency operating since 2019 and covering whole Poland. We specialize in recruiting personnel for various industries, such as manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, trade and clothing-manufacturing industry. Our clients include Polarica, PanelSerwis, KBT, Piast, Electrical Components International, Erum.

• Coordination of arrival and departure of personnel to the site, constant contact with employees.
• Signing employment contracts and monitoring receipt of originals in the office.
• Assistance in obtaining work permits and legalization together with a lawyer.
• Organization of housing, special clothing, bank accounts and PESEL numbers for employees.
• Transfer of data to the accounting department on hiring, dismissal and invoicing.
• Keeping track of working hours, calculating salaries and advances.
• Prompt replacement of personnel and transfer to other sites.
• Communication with clients on personnel issues and resolving difficult situations.

• Experience as a mass personnel coordinator in an agency.
• Good command of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, English.
• Category B driver's license, own car or possibility of renting.
• Ability to search for information on the Internet, knowledge of Excel.
• Availability of a stable Internet connection, computer, microphone and headphones.
• Ability to negotiate and effectively resolve conflict situations.
• Readiness for business trips within Poland.

• Remote work with paid business trips.
• Work schedule: 5/2, days off - Saturday and Sunday.
• Working hours: from 9:00 to 17:00.
