Studio Photographer (Part-Time, Contract)

THE ROLE

Grove is looking for an experienced Studio Photographer to establish and operate a new product photography studio within our warehouse space. This ongoing contract position requires a max of 32 hours per month, where you'll set up a new studio space using equipment from our existing studio and photograph Grove’s owned product lines, as well as third-party brands across cleaning, wellness, personal care, beauty, pet, baby, and more. 

This role will either be based out of our Elizabethtown, PA fulfillment center or our Reno, NV fulfillment center.

• Design and establish an efficient studio setup using existing equipment
• Create organized workflows and systems for product photography operations
• Execute high-quality product photography including flat lays and transparent PNGs
• Photograph both Grove-owned and third-party products across multiple categories
• Create and deliver digital assets in multiple formats including PNGs and GIFs
• Work independently to manage shooting schedule and meet project deadlines
• Maintain organized digital files and following established naming conventions
• Handle products with care and maintain a clean, organized studio space

• Proven experience in studio product photography
• Portfolio showcasing diverse product photography work
• Strong technical proficiency with studio lighting and camera equipment
• Experience creating PNG files with clean backgrounds
• Understanding of composition principles for web and mobile display
• Experience with product styling
• Experience setting up and organizing photography studios
• Demonstrated ability to establish efficient workflows
• Strong independent work ethic and excellent time management skills
• Background in e-commerce or retail photography preferred
• Passionate about healthy, sustainable products
