Marketing Content Intern

Overview

GuidePoint Security is seeking a content and enablement-focused intern to support the growing Corporate Marketing team. This intern would assist in Professional Services efforts and report directly to GuidePoint Security’s Director of Product Marketing. The perfect candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in project management to help execute across key initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help manage the Digital Asset Management platform (Brandfolder) to ensure that every service area has updated and relevant content, and there are sales enablement “kits”
  • Support in enablement and content development for new and existing solution offerings
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis and provide reports to the marketing team
  • Craft compelling messages for use across marketing channels (landing pages, campaigns, etc.)
  • Work with various teams (Professional services teams, Growth Marketing, Brand and Design) to ensure proper collateral is created and used in go-to-market efforts
  • Curate marketing content, such as datasheets, sales presentations, web copy, whitepapers, videos, webinars, podcasts and more
  • Assist with development and publishing for the company’s blog content 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled in a US college or university
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to learn and to take on multiple tasks at a time
  • Experience with a Digital Asset Management platform is a plus

Expectations

  • This is a part-time, paid 12-week internship. Start date is subject to candidate availability. 
  • Interns are paid $20/hr. 
  • This is a remote position.  Interns are expected to have a stable internet connection during working hours. 
  • Interns are expected to work up to 29hrs per week. A typical schedule is M-F, 10am-3:30pm eastern (subject to change).
  • This position is not available for candidates living in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.
