Data Analyst

Guru Pay is a FinTech based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique payment service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high tier service for our business accounts.

Great decisions start with great data and we want someone who knows how to pivot through the challenges of a start up. Our management team will bring the intuition and ambition - merge it with numbers, filter the tech lingo for easy collaboration and chart the course to informed strategies.

What will you do:

• Own the full data lifecycle for all company functions, including periodic reports;
• Build dashboards and reports on tableau and excel to address team and company needs;
• Develop, automate and maintain data pipelines for efficiency;
• Champion data-based decisions by challenging the team;
• Voice your ideas based on trends. Conclusions are nice, suggestions are better.

What we expect:

• At least a mid-level in a data analyst or similar position with experience in owning data projects;
• 2+ years of experience of hands-on work with SQL and knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other similar tools;
• Experience in working with big sets of data;
• C2/Native Lithuanian and B1 English language skills;
• A team player - a professional who knows how to help their team understand difficult things.
