We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Partnership Specialist to drive revenue with partner organizations in the HR Tech space. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Co-Founder to serve as a key point of contact for our partners, facilitating strategic collaboration between their teams and ours. You’ll conduct regular outreach to partner sales and customer success teams to nurture strong relationships, as well as executing partner marketing initiatives to drive engagement. You’ll also coordinate training activities to equip our partners for success. The ideal candidate is a gregarious self-starter with experience in SaaS partnerships, inside sales, or account management. Strong relationship-building skills and exceptional communication abilities are essential. What you'll be doing:- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sales, account management, and customer success teams to maximize joint selling and co-marketing opportunities.
- Map partner organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers who can champion Guusto’s solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, engagement, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment with Guusto’s goals.
- Coordinate and lead partner training sessions, ensuring sales teams are well-equipped to position and sell Guusto’s solutions.
- Capture critical insights and action items from training sessions to optimize future engagements.
- Oversee post-training follow-up activities, including account setup, funding support, and ongoing education to drive engagement.
- Provide ongoing enablement through webinars, workshops, and targeted sales resources.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners using channels such as email, content marketing, events, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Support partner-led lead generation efforts, ensuring alignment with Guusto’s brand and sales objectives.
- Track and analyze the impact of joint marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs such as revenue contribution, pipeline growth, deal win rates, and engagement levels.
- Use data-driven insights to refine partner strategies and improve overall program effectiveness.
- Maintain a structured database of key partner contacts and engagement history within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
What we're looking for:- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, partner success, account management, business development, or partner marketing—preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner enablement and strategic collaboration.
- Experience executing co-marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, or joint sales initiatives with partners.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data tracking tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A problem-solver with a proactive “I’ll figure it out” mentality.
- Bonus: Experience in the Rewards & Recognition or HR industries is a plus.
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
Guusto's Compensation Philosophy: Our salaries are designed to allow employees to grow within their salary band. Typically, someone with fewer years of experience in a similar role will enter Guusto at the lower end of the listed range. Someone who has significant experience in the role could enter at the middle of the listed range. A salary at the high end of the range would reflect an individual who is currently in this role at Guusto who who has made a significant impact on our customers, the team, and the company with their knowledge and experience.
