Customer Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage handling of all Aerospace customer orders

·         Enters customer forecast and firm orders into company MRP platform as well as maintains internal database or records

·         Utilizes Customer-specific web-based portals for exchange of customer order information

·         Investigates and reports on production capabilities for new orders and expediting existing orders

·         Coordinates export licensing requirements

·         Assists in the implementation of Aerospace customer rebuild and return orders

·         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral

·         Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing task prioritization

·         Must demonstrate professional phone etiquette skills when communicating with customers and sales representatives

·         Other duties as assigned
