About the role:
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager who is deeply committed to customer success and passionate about guiding them through every stage of their journey, driving meaningful outcomes and lasting partnerships. This position is Full-Time and Remote within the US.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping HackerRank's vision of prioritizing "skills over pedigree" in developer hiring and career growth. Your contributions will encompass optimizing customers' utilization of HackerRank in their hiring processes. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, you will elevate our strategic partnerships with customers and be responsible for all renewal, expansion, and revenue.

Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, performance incentives, equity (stock options), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, travel insurance, monthly work from home stipend, learning and development reimbursements, flexible remote first work culture, 401(K), flexible time off, generous parental leave and more. Under our flexible paid time off policy, you’ll decide how much time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
Current base salary range: $102,000 to $126,000 USD. This sales role is eligible for incentive-based pay. Annual total potential earnings, including base salary and incentive-based pay, $170,000 to $210,000 (based on quota attainment). Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include other compensation components, commission (for sales-related roles), bonuses, or benefits that you may be eligible for. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
