Job Title: Field Marketing Associate

Location: Preferably based in DFW, with extensive travel to key markets (Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Atlanta, Denver, Raleigh).

We’re a seed-stage startup, and we’re all-in on building a scalable, repeatable B2B sales playbook. We’re investing heavily in top-of-funnel growth through both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, and we’re looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative who is ready to hit the ground running, traveling to our key markets and generating leads by visiting our target customers. 

We’re looking for an outgoing, ambitious Field Marketing Associate who thrives on meeting new people and creating connections. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients — walking into businesses, sparking conversations, and sending warm leads back to our sales team to close.

Your role is to open doors, make introductions, and generate interest in hampr. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited about working at a startup, being on the move, and learning how businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage target businesses (spas, gyms, hospitality, short-term rental companies) through direct, in-person visits.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies, prioritizing high-potential areas.
  • Optimize travel routes to maximize productivity and outreach efficiency.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events, representing hampr and generating high-quality leads.
  • Hand-off interested leads to hampr’s internal sales team for follow-up and appointment setting.
  • Document all leads and interactions in HubSpot at the end of each day.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the Sales and Operations teams to refine hampr’s sales approach and product offerings.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate hampr’s value proposition to decision-makers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40,000–$45,000 base salary
  • Performance bonus based on leads generated
