Customer Service Representative

Harrell and Harrell, P.A. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about the services offered and assisting with their needs.
  • Manage and document client interactions in our case management system, ensuring that all communications are recorded and follow-ups are executed promptly.
  • Coordinate with legal staff to ensure clients receive timely updates on their case status and address any issues that may arise during the legal process.
  • Assist clients with schedules, appointments, and documents as needed, ensuring smooth communication between clients and attorneys.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify processes for improving client engagement and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
