Job Summary
The Investor Relations Specialist will work directly with the Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations to help manage communications between Harrow and the investment community, potential investors, shareholders, company employees, and vendors. This will include drafting, editing and issuing press releases, organizing investor roadshows and conferences, preparing and distributing financial reports and presentations, and organizing investor events. The IR Specialist will schedule meetings and calls with potential investors, analysts, and shareholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship-building. Their responsibilities also include maintaining investor databases and supporting the execution of investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder confidence and engagement. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
