Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? At our Customer Service Centre (CSC), we believe in a vision where our customers only have to ask once. We're committed to reducing customer effort, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions, and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Support Representative to support us in providing timely, accurate, and high-level customer support. You'll manage queries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
We have a 6-month fixed-term position available. These are part-time hours working Monday to Friday, preferably 10am - 2pm with possible overtime hours. You will need to be available to work 9am - 3pm for the first 2 weeks of training. Our centre currently operates on a Hybrid model (2:3) once you have been signed off to work from home. Our centre is based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile on every call, ensuring our customers feel valued and heard.
