Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and scale our multi-brand sales operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail Strategy, you will oversee team performance, drive operational excellence, and create an unparalleled customer experience across our diverse portfolio of brands and locations. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Oversee sales performance and operations for 19 and growing retail locations, ensuring consistency in customer experience while tailoring strategies to each brand's identity.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring brand-specific goals are met.
- Build and lead a high-performing, consistent sales team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.
Data Analysis & Storytelling
- Be the go-to data expert, analyzing complex sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights, creating compelling stories that address the “so what” for executives and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track sales performance across brands and locations.
- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer engagement.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with Retail Strategy, Operations, CX and Merchandising to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives at the ground level.
Customer Experience
- Champion a customer-centric sales culture, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance the in-store and omni-channel shopping journey.
- Ability to tailor the customer experience and messaging based on the audience across B2C and Trade.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within retail, multi-brand environments, or consumer goods.
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in CRM tools, data analysis, visualization tools, and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and package insights into executive-ready narratives.
- Track record of managing and scaling sales operations across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with omni-channel selling experience is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot and Looker is preferred.

Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid full-time exempt position based in one of our offices in either Denver, New York City, or Dallas. The expectation for this role is that the individual will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Strong remote candidates outside the proximity of our offices may be considered.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $120,000-$140,000/year, dependent upon experience.
