The Role
We’re seeking a driven specialist to support our clinical trial recruitment efforts. You’ll engage trial sites, ensure patients referred through HealthMatch are followed up quickly, and help improve our platform with real-world feedback.

About You

• 2 years experience in patient recruitment, especially phone-based outreach.
• Bachelors degree with science/medical focus
• Confident outbound caller who builds trust fast and doesn’t shy away from repetition.
• Tech-savvy and eager to improve processes, and willing to jump in to help out outside of your job description as needed
• Hungry, hands-on, and ready to go the extra mile in a high-growth startup.
• Comfortable working across time zones including some evening meetings (HQ in Sydney, offices in Boston).

• Engage Trial Sites: Build relationships with site staff (mostly phone/email), encourage platform adoption, and ensure timely patient updates.
• Follow Patient Referrals: Track and verify that patients are contacted and statuses are accurately updated in our portal.
• Maintain CRM & Reporting: Keep referral data and site records clean and current.
• Process Feedback: Share insights from sites to help shape tools, playbooks, and best practices.
