Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic thinker, who loves words and has a passion for brand marketing and content, as well as an organised and flexible approach to working. 

Our team is seeking someone who is comfortable jumping into all types of brand campaign development, with a focus on copywriting, social content planning and as well as broader executional support. 

Reporting to the Associate Director Brand & Communications, Meal Kits ANZ, this role will work closely with local Brand Managers to support campaign execution. Collaborating with local and global stakeholders, they will run projects from the strategic planning phase, through to delivery and optimisation. These stakeholders include the Brand & Growth team, Global CRM, online marketing, direct sales, PR, customer care and product development.

You will…

  • As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, your creative, content, technical writing project management skills, alongside keen attention to detail will build customer trust and engagement.
  • Develop compelling, on-brand copy for brand marketing activities, from product positioning and communication plans to emails, paid advertising, landing pages and flyers
  • Work closely with the brand, growth, culinary, design and product teams to create engaging digital and printed content aligned to the HelloFresh Group brand strategy - incorporating HelloFresh Group global content initiatives.
  • Write, proof and edit copy and all branded collateral, across all channels, making suggestions that are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the organisation of the copy request pipeline ensuring the workflow is kept on track and copy is delivered on time.
  • Drive best practice programs by following the latest content, community and social trends.
  • Manage the organic social media and influencer brand content creation strategy and execution, leveraging best in class practice vs competition.
  • Support PR & brand shoot logistics and production
  • Provide cover and support across the broader Ready-to-Eat brand portfolio as needed

What You’ll Bring…

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and copywriting.
  • An understanding of content marketing trends and SEO.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload and accommodate urgent requests.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media or marketing.

Start Date: 24th of March 2025 - can wait notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role, you must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
