We are looking for a Junior Contracts Specialist to support the coordination, analysis, and management of client agreements. The role involves working with legal documentation, maintaining internal databases, and cooperating closely with both clients and internal teams.
YOU WILL:
- Support the management of the signed contracts database
- Identify and track non-standard contract terms
- Coordinate contract preparation in collaboration with clients
- Respond to day-to-day client queries and support consultants in the sales process
- Prepare documentation and materials for distribution to clients
- Draft internal templates and corporate governance documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Order Entry) to resolve contract and invoicing-related issues
- Assist in compliance tracking and internal reporting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Good command of MS Office tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
