Junior Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Specialist to support clients in the use of data platforms and consulting tools. This role involves working with internal systems, coordinating client participation in projects, handling client communications, and preparing standard reports and presentations.

You will:

• Work with internal tools and methodologies to support clients effectively
• Coordinate client participation in surveys and data projects
• Maintain and update internal databases (CPSM, MDC) with accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries regarding data quality and general tool access
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for clients and consultants
• Conduct client or market calls related to custom data delivery or project support
• Provide support in reviewing aggregated data when needed
• Prepare presentations based on templates and internal resources
• Draft contracts and basic calculations
• Handle incoming communication from a shared team mailbox
• Occasionally seek guidance on communication tone and style

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Basic experience with administrative tasks or customer service
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using MS Office and working with data in Excel or similar tools
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn tools and systems quickly
