Herman-Scheer is a brand consultancy that focuses on a range of sectors, including disruptive healthcare, wellness technology, healthy food and beverages, fitness and recreation, and personal care. We have a 15 person team that is primarily remote with an office space in Venice for occasional in person meetings and working sessions.
The Account & Project Management Associate is responsible for overseeing project execution, and driving operational excellence across creative, strategy, and research initiatives. This role blends account and project management with hands-on creative production, ensuring the seamless delivery of client assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient in managing timelines, coordinating teams, and producing high-quality creative outputs. With a focus on both internal efficiency and client satisfaction, this role plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflows and contributing to business growth. In addition to stellar project management, the ideal candidate has a natural curiosity and ability to connect with different stakeholders and lay the foundation for growth conversations, being a part of a team that turns projects into accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Project Management Support:
- Serve as a main point of contact for client communications and needs
- Working with the core team, build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals
- Create and manage end-to-end project plans from estimate creation through successful delivery.
- Be the steward of a project: be the keeper of all of its details and provide clarity and confidence to all parties (external and internal). Liaison with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Lead all aspects of project-related client communication, including feedback, project status, timeline, etc. This includes setting up meetings, feedback documents, sharing follow-up notes and sharing creative for review and delivery.
- Facilitate the creative production process by ensuring HS team (including freelancers) are set up to deliver exceptional work. This includes compiling brief materials, communicating scope and timeline expectations, and facilitating client feedback throughout the lifetime of a project.
- Drive project progress by ensuring key milestones are met and tasks get done in the allocated time frame.
- Proactively check-in with team members to address road blocks before they arise.
- Ensure client delight by informing them about what to expect and how HS work creates impact.
- Collaborate with senior team members to help evolve our processes and creative operations.
- Maintain and update accurate client records, including contact information, contract details, and communication history, within the CRM system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of creative production processes and proven record of successfully delivering creative work (ie. campaigns, design assets, ads, social content, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in account or project management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software

Annual Gross Salary Range ($60,000 - $80,000)
