You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on uncovering insights, identifying trends, and creating actionable recommendations to meet business objectives. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams from Marketing, Affiliates, Finance and Product, you ensure seamless integration of data insights with business strategy.

What You’ll Do:Conversion Tracking:
- Track and analyze the conversion of traffic into leads and customers.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest strategies to improve conversion rates.
Traffic Analysis:
- Analyze website traffic data to uncover patterns and trends.
- Provide actionable insights into user behavior and audience segmentation.
Campaign Efficiency:
- Evaluate the performance of advertisement campaigns.
- Calculate ROI on marketing dollars spent and recommend optimizations.
Events:
- Track and analyze the cost and ROI of events to assess their contribution to business goals.
Data Attribution:
- Ensure accurate tracking of marketing touchpoints across customer journeys to enable precise attribution modeling.
- Monitor and validate the consistency and integrity of event data across systems.
Key Focus Areas:
- Prioritize strategic business analysis, emphasizing actionable insights.
- Bridge the gap between data and business strategy to drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams to align with business objectives.
What You’ll Bring:Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, strategic data analysis, visualization, storytelling. or a related field.
- Proven track record of working with marketing strategies, or campaign performance analysis.
- Experience working in product-focused SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and campaign performance metrics or tools like Google Analytics.
Analytical Prowess:
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with metrics related to traffic, trials, conversions, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles to create intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Ability to connect data insights to business objectives and drive value-added recommendations.
Technical Expertise:
- Visualization Tools: Proficient in Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar front-end platforms.
- Backend Tools: Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and other relational database systems for data extraction and manipulation.
- Data Processing: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, is required.
- Wireframing Tools: Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq for collaborating on user-centric dashboard designs is a plus.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate insights and influence decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align with business priorities.
