Role & Responsibilities 

HighLevel  is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Biz/Ops to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's growth and success


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience.In-depth knowledge of non-technical roles across various functions such as marketing, sales, Customer Support/Success, operations etc.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to hire across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong awareness of market dynamics and emerging trends in the non-tech talent landscape.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in effectively managing and influencing stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience in scaling teams to meet business demands.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment funnel management and related metrics.
  • Prior experience collaborating closely with senior stakeholders such as Directors and VPs.
