Commerce Marketing Working Student

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will provide critical support across performance marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, helping to ensure smooth operations and optimized campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of fashion, culture, and digital marketing.

YOUR MISSION:

• Conduct regular website health checks, ensuring seamless navigation and up-to-date content.
• Execute and report on A/B tests for email and push marketing
• Draft, request, and coordinate the creation of on-brand paid marketing assets, collaborating with internal teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports to support the content team’s strategy, focusing on sales and engagement metrics.
• Update product listing pages and manage navigation changes with input from SEO, sales, and merchandising teams, subject to approval.
• Draft and monitor popup campaigns (e.g., Wisepops) and share performance insights with stakeholders.
• Maintain and refresh assets on sign-up and landing pages to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Regularly update discount codes in automated emails to prevent misuse.
• Support data analysis related to conversion rates and demand planning.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Enrollment in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools such as Keynote, Google Spreadsheets, and other presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in performance marketing, e-commerce, and cultural trends.
