About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect with a strong focus on pharmaceutical integrations to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless product integrations with pharmaceutical companies, ensuring that our solutions meet their complex regulatory, operational, and data-driven needs. You will act as the primary technical resource for pharma clients, guiding them through the implementation process and optimizing the use of our LLM technology within their workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical engagement with pharmaceutical companies during pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring our technology meets their specific needs.

  • Act as the primary liaison for pharma organizations, providing expertise on product features, functionalities, and relevant use cases.

  • Provide specialized guidance on pharma industry-specific workflows, including regulatory compliance, clinical trial management, drug safety monitoring, and patient engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, clinical, AI, and sales) to drive successful pharma-specific integrations and product enhancements.

  • Develop playbooks and tools to streamline key pre-sales and implementation activities, ensuring scalability across multiple pharma engagements.

  • Address complex technical topics, including data integrations (EHR, CRM, R&D platforms), product configuration, and regulatory interoperability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical implementation, product management, or technical solutions roles.

  • Proven experience integrating with enterprise healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, clinical trial management platforms, pharmacovigilance systems).

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and pharma-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).

  • In-depth understanding of pharma workflows, including clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and drug safety processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional product support in the pharma sector.

  • Proficiency in translating client needs into actionable product requirements for internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
