Transformation Manager (12 Month FTC)

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

Occasional travel to our Sheffield office and Head Office in New Malden will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take accountability for projects within our Customer Solutions teams across all lines of business, working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven results.
  • Take the lead on the deployment of small changes and project manage larger changes, acting as the key link between the contact centre, our technology teams and third-party implementation partners.
  • Lead delivery of key changes to our CRM and other core platforms.
  • Lead in seeking out opportunities for improvement and delivering change across various operating systems used within our contact centre.
  • Use MI for performance insight, delivering data-led improvements to the operation and informing better customer outcomes.
  • Take a data-led approach to measuring success of deliverables.

We would love to hear from people with the following skills and experience for this role:

  • Experience of a contact centre environment essential.
  • Experience of working with CRM solutions essential, Salesforce preferable.
  • Experience of delivering strategic objectives with third party suppliers preferable.
  • Understanding of what a good customer-centric journey looks like and a demonstrated ability to transform this into a technical solution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and deliver meaningful results.
  • Experience working within Financial Services desirable.
