The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on entry-level IT tasks, improving system security, and ensuring the smooth operation of software and hardware across our organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day IT tasks, including user account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Oversee email system administration ensuring reliability and functionality.
• Maintain and monitor software licenses, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Implement and enforce IT security protocols, including password policies and access controls.
• Manage hardware inventory, assist with device setup, and provide technical support for team members.
• Collaborate with external IT vendors or service providers as necessary.
• Document IT procedures and provide recommendations for system improvements
• Support clients with technical needs related to system setups, integrations, and troubleshooting as required.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in IT support or system administration
• Experience with remote desktop tools and basic network configurations.
• Familiarity with common email systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Basic knowledge of IT security protocols, network troubleshooting, and software management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
