Develop targeted outreach campaigns tailored to ICPs across key verticals and regions.
Manage and optimize sequencing tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead) to drive scalable outreach.
Conduct initial discovery calls to assess BANT-fit and set appointments for Account Executives.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, lead scoring, and content strategy.
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Share insights on lead quality, objections, and market trends with leadership and marketing.
Assist in onboarding and mentoring new SDRs, sharing best practices and scripts.
Continuously test and improve outreach cadences, subject lines, and email content.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs including qualified meetings, replies, and pipeline value.
2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with outbound sales tools such as sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
Understanding of BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
