HR-Rethought is a HR consulting firm based out of Overland Park, KS with clients all over the country. We partner with small businesses (first employee to over 200 employees) and function as their HR and Recruiting team – just outsourced. Our clients are across many different industries - from manufacturing to engineering to retail services.
We are growing and are looking to add an Entry Level Recruiter to our team who be responsible for recruiting for a wide variety of positions and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong communication skills, desire to be helpful, and understands that small businesses need a customized approach to their recruiting structure.

Anything and everything Recruiting-related. Every client is different, and every project is different. A well-rounded Recruitment background is key! Most of our clients have no idea what they need so it is our job to advise them on what is most important.
