Vision Path Inc., the company behind HubbleContacts.com, ContactsCart.com and ContactsPortal.com, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead and scale our retail doctor network ContactsPortal.com.
The Director of Sales will play a key leadership role in driving new doctor sign-ups for ContactsPortal. This individual will be responsible not only for acquiring new accounts but also for ensuring a successful onboarding experience and long-term customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, capable of managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with multi-office chains, leading an outside field salesforce, and driving growth through networking and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach to closing new doctor sign-ups for the ContactsPortal platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent practices, multi-office groups, alliances, and corporate entities.
- Manage and support a growing network of outside sales representatives; set goals, provide training, and track performance. Identify new sales forces to partner with to drive new sign ups.
- Ensure newly onboarded offices have a smooth and successful implementation experience; work cross-functionally to support new features, retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and geographies.
- Represent ContactsPortal at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solution and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
- Continuously analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine the sales strategy and improve results.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or optical/eye care industry.
- Eyecare experience is a requirement
- Undergraduate degree
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the eye care industry and/or practice management is a requirement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and technology teams to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings, and sales support.
