The Flywheel Product Team is pivotal in accelerating HubSpot’s enterprise Flywheel, enhancing the efficiency of HubSpot’s front-line reps, operations teams, and partners to deliver value at scale. Our mission is to bring the Flywheel strategy to life by building AI-powered products and systems that enable our business to grow more efficiently.
Within this team, the Partner Product Group is devoted to propelling HubSpot’s global growth by empowering Partners and HubSpot’s Partner Program Operations with cutting-edge product experiences and unified data insights. We create systems that foster strong collaboration between HubSpot Reps and Partners, providing our partners with the tools needed to scale their businesses effectively and help our customers grow. Role Overview:
We are seeking a product-centric and business-oriented Senior Engineering Manager, with great sense of ownership, to lead our engineering function in the Partner Product Group. This leader will be instrumental in defining and executing the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with Product and Design GroupManagers. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead execution and high-velocity delivery, cultivate an engaged engineering community within your teams, develop a robust product engineering vision, and strategize to attract and grow top talent.
Important note: Engineering leaders at HubSpot spend their first ~6 months embedding as a software engineer on the teams that they will be responsible for and also for 1-2 weeks re-embedding each year. During this time, they will be actively coding, and staying hands-on technically is a key expectation for the role. There will be a 'take at home' coding assessment as part of the interview process.
