Role & Job

As a Delivery Developer Junior, you’ll play a key role in helping us create and deliver conversational bots that are tailored to our clients’ unique needs. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where you’ll learn our proprietary React-based framework, Botonic, and gain hands-on experience building real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and master our internal React framework, Botonic, with guidance from experienced team members.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver bots that meet specific client requirements.
• Work closely with other developers to ensure our codebase is reliable, robust, and maintainable.
• Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Grow your technical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Located in Spain, possessing a valid NIE, a Spanish Social Security Number and the working visa in force.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and React: Personal projects, coursework, or internships are great!
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks: You will be trained on our internal Botonic framework.
• Basic understanding of software development best practices: Version control with Git, code organization, debugging, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills: You’ll be working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude: Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback.
• Interest in chatbots, conversational AI, or customer experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Entry level, annual base salary: 23K before taxes.
