This role
As an Implementation Experience Associate, you’ll play a critical role in guiding our clients through the successful adoption of our SaaS platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact during the onboarding and implementation process, empowering businesses to confidently manage their HR and payroll needs through our software.
In this role, you will gather requirements, configure systems, deliver tailored training, and ensure a smooth onboarding for new customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously. With our platform continually evolving, you'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and skilled at communicating with clients of varying levels of payroll and HR knowledge.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Assess client HR and payroll needs to ensure optimal configuration of the Humi platform.
- Lead onboarding by facilitating training, creating work-back schedules, guiding platform setup, troubleshooting issues, and offering ongoing support.
- Manage a rotating pipeline of clients, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned and informed on Canadian payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure smooth hand-off
- Meet implementation SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor client pipelines, identify roadblocks, and report on progress, feedback, and risks during weekly 1:1s and monthly updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support KYC/KYB processes to ensure compliance during onboarding.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, launch success, and client satisfaction.
- Proactively resolve client issues to minimize disruption and maintain high satisfaction.
- Gather and share client feedback with Product to drive platform enhancements.
- Ensure seamless handoff to Support and Client Success teams post-implementation.
Who you are
To thrive at Humi, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience, with a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of generating reports, tracking key metrics, and assessing pipeline performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for delivering a seamless and positive client experience.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms, tools, and systems.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is an asset.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Experience with KYC/KYB processes and compliance requirements would be an asset
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is an asset
- Experience with Time and Attendance and Scheduling Software
