Salary: up to 1,500 - 2,500 AUD / monthly

Contract: Independent Contractor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Campaign Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide the development and management of paid social media campaigns from point of lead capture to enrolment, that is life cycle marketing, across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with the potential to expand to other platforms as needed. The ideal candidate will have graphic design skills to create compelling visual assets that align with our campaigns and brand identity.

Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, TikTok, or YouTube) is highly desirable and could be a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns across platforms, focusing on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with the view to increasing brand awareness, and driving quality leads.
  • Develop and optimise landing pages to enhance traffic conversion from the paid channels
  • Ensure all activities are multi-platform and mobile-optimised.
  • Deliver activities that constantly enhance lead quality and the conversion of leads through the Life cycle of a student from initial lead contact to enrolment.
  • Collect, analyse and report on performance metrics to continually optimise ROAS
  • Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics and creatives to support campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Track execution and performance of activities and report at regular team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal team to align paid social lead generation strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative

  • Proven experience managing successful paid search and social media campaigns, particularly on Google and Meta platforms
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, ai or similar
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in education, health or a similar sector is a plus but not required.
