Job Summary
We’re hiring a skilled Client Success Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing teams—including a Marketing Strategist, SEO Engineer, Meta & Google Media Buyers, Creative Designers, Video Editors, and GoHighLevel Specialists. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee client onboarding, campaign delivery, project outcomes, and overall client satisfaction. You must have experience in marketing project management, client relationship building, and identifying strategic upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Align internal teams to project goals through clear briefs, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients—hosting regular meetings, sharing reports, and maintaining clear communication.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Own internal de-escalation processes and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Drive client retention by building trust and delivering consistent value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (additional services, packages) and work with internal teams to scope and sell add-ons.
  • Request and act on client referrals where appropriate.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and support the implementation of performance optimization strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • 3+ years in account management or project leadership roles within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing services, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Intermediate understanding of web design, video content creation, and ad creatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level client relationships.
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations, client escalations, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Proven experience identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client accounts.
  • Solid understanding of tools like Slack, Monday.com, and GoHighLevel.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is a strong plus.
