Learning Program Manager, Associate / Assistant Vice President

About the Role

iCapital is seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to join our Talent Development team. This role fosters a culture of continuous learning by ensuring the success of training programs, enhancing learner engagement, and driving performance improvement. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for professional development, highly organized, and proficient in project management. Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and an influential presence, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Program Oversight: Support a variety of learning programs that assist employees through onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership development.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing multiple learning initiatives. Create efficient workflows, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely completion of projects. Prioritize tasks and manage resources to support a structured and effective learning environment.
  • Live Training: Coordinate and schedule a high volume of instructor-led training workshops throughout the year, including both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Program Recommendations: Assist in proposing and implementing enhancements to existing programs and recommending new learning programs based on business needs and employee skills gaps.
  • Orientation and Engagement: Conduct employee orientation sessions and new hire engagement activities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Management Development: Support the creation and implementation of an in-house management development program.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee and maintain positive relationships with external training vendors. Evaluate new vendors and assist in managing the RFP process, including scheduling vendor calls and demos and gathering requirements for contract approval.
  • Program Evaluation: Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Monitor learner engagement, knowledge retention, behavior change, and business impact using the Kirkpatrick Measurement Model.
  • Program Effectiveness: Enhance the effectiveness of learning programs by implementing strategies that increase accountability measures during and after program completion.
  • Surveys and Reporting: Administer surveys and evaluations and provide learner reports and data-driven insights as needed.
  • Event Logistics: Oversee logistics for program events, including booking event spaces, monitoring agendas, calendar invites, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Project Management certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience supporting learning programs from initial planning and design through to implementation and evaluation
  • Previous experience in the financial services or technology space is advantageous
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Platforms is preferred
  • Familiar with Copilot and other AI tools is a plus

 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $ 100,000  to $ 140,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
